Welcome to PerfectlySuited, a dating app owned and operated by All In Dating Inc. (“All In Dating,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PerfectlySuited app (the “Service”). By using PerfectlySuited, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using PerfectlySuited. We want to foster a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community. Please read these Terms carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at the email provided at the end of this document.
1. Who Can Use PerfectlySuited (Eligibility)
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Location: PerfectlySuited is available only to individuals residing in the United States.
- Legal Eligibility: You confirm you can form a binding contract and are not barred by law from using the Service.
- No Serious Criminal History: You have not been convicted of any felony, violent, or sexual offense, and are not required to register as a sex offender.
- One Account Per Person: You agree to create only one account in your real identity.
2. Your Account and Responsibilities
- Account Creation: Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Account Security: You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- Profile Guidelines: Only post your own, appropriate content. No unauthorized or offensive material.
- In-Person Verification: Optional ID or trusted-referral verification may be offered to build trust.
3. User Conduct and Content Rules
Play nice. You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or defame anyone.
- Discriminate or use hate speech.
- Use the app for illegal or nefarious purposes.
- Post pornographic, explicit, or overly violent content.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
- Spam, solicit, or advertise.
- Share others’ private personal data without consent.
- Cheat, hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass security measures.
User Content License & Moderation: You retain ownership of what you post. You grant us a license to display, modify, and use it to operate and improve the Service. We may remove any content violating these Terms.

Compatibility scores are guidance only; use your own judgment when connecting.
5. Privacy and Data Use
Your data powers location-based matches, AI insights, and safety moderation. We do not sell your personal data. See the Privacy Policy below for full details.
6. Paid Features and Purchases
- Free to Use: Basic features are free.
- In-App Purchases: Processed via Apple/Google. Managed by their billing policies.
- Subscriptions & Free Trials: Auto-renewal unless cancelled via app store. You keep access through the paid period.
- No Refunds: Generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
- Price Changes: We’ll notify you in advance; continued use = acceptance.
7. Partnerships, Recommendations, and Third-Party Content
- Sponsored Suggestions: We may label partner venues or events. You’re never obligated.
- No Data Sharing Without Consent: Partners only get info you explicitly share (e.g., RSVP name).
- Third-Party Links & Integrations: We’re not responsible for content outside our Service.
8. User Interactions and Safety Notice
- No Guarantees: We don’t background-check beyond optional verifications. Use caution offline.
- Safety Tips: Meet in public, tell a friend, don’t send money to strangers.
- User Disputes: Block/report feature; we may warn or ban violators.
9. Moderation and Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts or remove content for any Terms violation. No refunds if you’re terminated for misconduct. You may appeal by contacting support.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our IP: All app design, code, logos & trademarks are ours. You may not copy or create derivatives without permission.
- Your Content: You own it; we get a license to run the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Provided “as-is” with no guarantees. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability is capped at either what you paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater (unless prohibited by law).
13. Indemnification
You agree to hold All In Dating Inc. harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
Material changes will be posted in-app or emailed. Continued use = acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
California law governs. Venue in CA state or federal courts. No class actions; individual arbitration/court.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy + any feature-specific terms.
- No Waiver: Not enforcing a term doesn’t waive future enforcement.
- Severability: Invalid provisions don’t invalidate the rest.
- Assignment: You can’t transfer your account without consent; we may transfer our rights.

PerfectlySuited is provided by All In Dating Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We act as the “data controller.”
2. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
- Profile Info: Name, age, bio, photos, prompt answers.
- Contact Info: Email, phone (for login & updates).
- Demographics & Compatibility Inputs: Optional quiz answers, personal attributes.
- Messages & Support Inquiries: Chats you send, help requests.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Flips, holds, folds, feature use, timestamps.
- Device Info: Model, OS version, app version, crash logs.
- Location Data: GPS (with permission) or coarse via IP.
- Biometric Templates: Face/voice data for verification (raw data deleted promptly).
- Cookies & SDKs: Analytics or mobile IDs to remember preferences & performance metrics.
c. Information from Third Parties
- Social Logins/Integrations: Google, LinkedIn etc., only with your consent.
- Referrals: Invites sent by friends.
- Payment Confirmations: App store purchase records (no card data).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operate & Maintain Service: Account creation, login, matching, messaging.
- Matchmaking & Personalization: 3D Compatibility™ & location/event suggestions.
- Safety & Security: Fraud detection, spam prevention, content moderation.
- Communications: Verification codes, policy updates, marketing (opt-in only).
- Service Improvement: Debugging, A/B tests, new feature development (anonymized when possible).
- Legal Compliance: Tax records, legal requests, record-keeping.
4. How We Share Your Information
- Other Users: Info in your profile & messages is visible to matches.
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, verification, payments, communications.
- Partners (with consent): Event RSVPs, promotions you opt into.
- Legal & Safety: Subpoenas, law enforcement, fraud investigations.
- Corporate Transactions: Mergers/acquisitions—successor bound by this Policy.
- Aggregate & De-Identified Data: For research or marketing without personal identifiers.
5. Data Retention
- Profile & Account Data: Kept while account is active; deleted/anonymized ~30 days after closure (backups up to 90 days).
- Content You Post: Removed on your deletion; messages persist with match until both sides delete.
- Biometric Templates: Raw data deleted soon after verification; templates removed on account deletion.
- Location Logs: Recent 30 days for matching; purged on account deletion.
- Analytics Logs: Typically retained ≤1 year, then aggregated or purged.
- Legal Holds: May retain longer for compliance or fraud prevention.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access & Update: Edit your profile and settings anytime.
- Location & Notifications: Toggle in-device & in-app settings.
- Delete Account/Data: Use in-app delete or email us; we’ll honor exceptions for legal/fraud reasons.
- CCPA & Similar Rights: Right to know, access, delete, correct, non-discrimination.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe via email link or reply STOP to SMS.
7. Data Security
We use HTTPS, encryption at rest, access controls, audits, and secure infrastructure. No system is 100% foolproof, but we strive to protect your data. In case of a breach, we’ll notify you and authorities as required.
8. Children’s Privacy
Not for anyone under 18. If we learn we have data from a minor, we’ll delete it promptly. Parents can contact us to remove a child’s account.
9. Updates to this Privacy Policy
Major changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use = acceptance. Review periodically.
