    Delete Your Account

    This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data for PerfectlySuited, the dating app owned and operated by All In Dating Inc. ("All In Dating," "we," or "us"). You can delete your account directly inside the app, or by emailing our team if you no longer have access.

    Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

    1. Open the PerfectlySuited app and sign in.
    2. Tap your profile photo to open your profile.
    3. Open Settings (the gear icon in the top corner).
    4. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
    5. Confirm by following the on-screen prompt. Your account and associated data are permanently scheduled for deletion right away.

    Option 2 — Request deletion by email

    If you can't access the app, email support@perfectlysuited.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the name and email or phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity. We'll confirm and complete your request within 30 days.

    What data is deleted

    When you delete your account, we permanently delete or anonymize the personal data associated with it, including:

    • Profile information: name, age, bio, photos, and prompt answers.
    • Contact details: email address and phone number.
    • Compatibility inputs: quiz answers and personal attributes used for matching.
    • Content you posted: messages are removed on your side; a message kept by a match is removed once both people delete it.
    • Biometric templates: any face/voice verification templates (raw verification data is deleted shortly after verification).
    • Location logs: recent location history used for matching.
    • Usage and device data tied to your account.

    What data is kept, and for how long

    Most account data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of your request. Some limited information may be retained for a longer period where the law requires it or to protect our users:

    • Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis within 90 days.
    • Transaction & tax records: purchase records may be retained as required by financial and tax law (typically up to 7 years).
    • Safety, fraud & legal holds: information needed to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, handle disputes, or comply with a legal obligation may be kept for as long as necessary for that purpose.
    • Aggregated / de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained for analytics.

    Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone — you'll need to create a new account to use PerfectlySuited again. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play; manage or cancel those through your app store account.
